    Description

Surbex-Z is a high-potency restorative vitamin and mineral formulation engineered to combat micronutrient deficiencies and accelerate systemic recovery. It delivers a therapeutic combination of B-complex vitamins, which serve as crucial coenzymes in cellular energy metabolism, paired with premium Zinc and Vitamin C. This synergistic matrix works at a cellular level to optimize immune responses, enhance tissue repair, counter physical fatigue, and protect the body against cellular damage caused by metabolic stress.

    Ingredients

    Each film-coated tablet contains:

    • Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate): 22.5 mg

    • Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): 500 mg

    • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate): 15 mg

    • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): 15 mg

    • Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide): 100 mg

    • Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate): 20 mg

    Drug Class

High-Potency Vitamin B-Complex with Zinc and Vitamin C

    Dosage Form

    Tablet

    Uses

It is used to prevent or treat nutrient deficiencies and support overall metabolic vitality in conditions like:

    • Prolonged physical stress, chronic illness, or surgical recovery phases

    • Management of severe nutritional deficiencies due to poor dietary intake or restricted diets

    • Support for dermatological health, skin healing, and standard acne management

    • Reinforcement of immune function against recurrent seasonal infections

    • Reduction of generalized weakness, lethargy, and systemic fatigue

    Dosage

To be used as per doctor's prescription. The standard adult intake is typically 1 tablet daily, or as advised by a healthcare specialist.

    In case of Overdose

Consult a doctor or contact SMS Pharmacy support immediately in case of an overdose. Excessive intake can cause acute gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, diarrhea, or a temporary flushing sensation caused by high niacinamide content.

    Missed Dose

Take the missed tablet as soon as you remember. If your next daily dose is less than 12 hours away, skip the missed tablet entirely and return to your routine daily schedule. Do not double the dose to compensate.

    How To Use

To be used as per doctor's prescription. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. It is highly recommended to take Surbex-Z with or immediately after a primary meal to optimize the intestinal absorption of water-soluble nutrients and avoid initial stomach queasiness.

    When Not to Use

Do not use in case of:

    • Known hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to any of the active vitamins, zinc, or tablet excipients

    • Children under 12 years of age, unless explicitly prescribed by a pediatrician

    Side Effects

Side effects are rare when taken at recommended daily doses but can include:

    • Mild abdominal discomfort or transient diarrhea

    • Mild nausea or heartburn

    • Temporary skin flushing or a sensation of warmth (due to Niacinamide)

    • Bright yellow discoloration of urine (a completely harmless, normal result of Vitamin B2 excretion)

    Precautions & Warnings

Seek immediate help in case of an allergic reaction (such as widespread hives, facial swelling, or breathing issues). Surbex-Z is not intended for the treatment of severe pernicious anemia. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a chronic history of kidney stones, consult your physician before starting this supplement.

    Drug Interactions

Do not use or consult your doctor if you are concurrently taking:

    • Levodopa (high doses of Vitamin B6 can diminish the clinical effectiveness of this Parkinson's medication)

    • Tetracycline or Quinolone antibiotics (Zinc can significantly reduce antibiotic absorption; space them out by at least 2 hours)

    • Heavy immunosuppressants or chemotherapy regimens without specialist clearance

    Food Interactions

The food interactions that should be considered while using Surbex-Z are:

    • Always take the tablet alongside food; taking high-potency B-complex vitamins on an empty stomach frequently induces sudden nausea or mild reflux.

    • Avoid taking your tablet with large amounts of coffee or tea, as caffeine and tannins can reduce the uptake efficiency of vitamins and minerals.

    • Dairy products containing high calcium can moderately decrease the bioavailability of zinc; it is fine to consume them, but do not wash the tablet down directly with milk.

    Storage/Disposal

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Protect the tablets from excessive moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly capped after each use. Keep safely out of the sight and reach of children.

    Control Drug

    No

    Quick Tips, if any

    • Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet; swallow it completely whole to protect the inner vitamin core from stomach acid degradation.

    • Do not be alarmed if your urine changes to a bright neon-yellow color—this is simply your body flushing out excess Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) and is a sign that the supplement is absorbing properly.
